JLTP, Inc. owns and operates a state of the art, fully functional machine shop. We have everything needed to rebuild transmissions, differentials, axles (single or tandem), complete drivelines, PTOs, steering boxes, pumps and other key components of any truck. We use the best parts and components on the market and the latest technology to provide the highest quality product.
Our Transmission Testing stands allow us to fully test our transmissions ensuring that only the best quality product leaves our building. We have state of the art Drive Shaft Balancers that give us the ability to test our shafts for perfect symmetry and balance and, in turn, provide a guaranteed product. We have mastered the art of driveshaft rebuilds and have the capability of refurbishing up to 20 drive shafts per day. We also have a top of the line Parts Cleaning Machine, brand new Wheelabrators and Glass Bead Blasters, giving us an edge in the process needed for turning around high quality rebuilds and used parts in general. We ensure that, by the time a part leaves our shop, it has gone through an extensive cleaning process, ensuring excellent functionality.
Our shop is also unique because of the ability we have to customize parts. We are equipped with 80 ton Hydraulic Presses and Hydraulic Hose Machines that allow us to cater to the needs of customers with wet line kits and/or hydraulic hoses. JLTP, Inc. provides fly wheel grinding services using state of the art Fly Wheel Grinders. We also have a Metal Lathe, which allows us to construct and rebuild practically any part. All of this technology gives our customers the upper hand ensuring them that there is really nothing out of our realm of capabilities. The combination of our expert staff and our high-end machinery give us exactly what’s needed to get the job done right.
